Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your Core QBank account, used on the web and mobile apps, or your RadAtHand.com website account using this form. Please note that we may retain certain subscription-related information as required for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes.

For Core QBank, permanent account deletion cancels personal website subscriptions immediately and ends access through the deleted account. Payments already made are not refunded automatically. App Store, Google Play, and group subscriptions must be managed separately. To stop website renewal and keep your account for the remaining paid period, manage your subscription instead.
